1.On the flower category page, browse the items that suits your requirements. Click on the arrangement that you would like to purchase or click the ' VIEW ' button Below it to see a detailed description. Next to the product, you will find a 'BUY' button. Click on the 'BUY' button.
2.The Shopping page will load in a new secure window. Complete the details form, including the 'Sender, Recipient & Credit Card Details'. Once you have completed filling it up , click 'SUBMIT'.
3.After that, you will get a digital receipt on your screen. IMPORTANT : Print that Digital Receipt out, or copy your order number.

I have a special request - can my orders be handled?
Yes. We will try to fulfill all your special needs and preferences to the best of our ability. We can accommodate requests for minor changes or modifications to the arrangements featured in our catalogues. For example, you may prefer to have a deep red rose replaced with a white one. Select the item(s) that best matches your needs. At the end of the transaction in the order form, there will be a field for "Special Request". You will be able to state your requests in that column. Can I choose the date and time of delivery?
Yes, you will be able to choose your preferred date and time of delivery. You will be asked your preferred time and date of delivery during your payment transaction. Our delivery personnel will do their best to meet your request. If you are interested in delivering the flowers on Fridays and Public Holidays, please e-mail us at info@flowersdubai.com for further instructions. We may have to charge an additional service fee.

Yes, you will be able to do so, an equivalent amount will be charged to your Deutsche Mark or Pound Sterling Credit Card.

Delivery Timings:

There is NO service charge for all items delivered within the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. DELIVERY IS FREE.
Orders received before 12:00 PM (Dubai time - GMT+4.00), can be delivered the same day.
Orders received after 12:00 PM (Dubai time - GMT+4.00), will be delivered the following day.
Orders received after 1:00 PM on Thursdays will be delivered on the upcoming Saturday. Unless special arrangements have been made, orders scheduled for delivery on Fridays and Public Holidays may be made on the next working day.

1. We guarantee that your floral arrangements will stay fresh for one week.
2. We further guarantee your 100% satisfaction on all products. flowersdubai.com shall undertake to deliver the flowers and/or gifts ordered within a reasonable period of the stipulated period. If an order is placed before 12 pm (Saturdays to Thursdays), flowersdubai.com guarantees delivery within the same day.
3. If an order is placed before 1 pm on Thursday, flowersdubai.com guarantees delivery over the weekend or Saturday (the next working day).
4. If flowersdubai.com is unable to deliver the flowers and/or gifts ordered within a reasonable period of the stipulated time (please note that owing to traffic conditions and delivery schedules, delivery may not always be possible at the exact time stipulated in the order forms), the customer shall be entitled to a complimentary bouquet (in addition to that already ordered) that flowersdubai.com will deliver without charge and upon request to anyone that the customer designates.
5. If flowersdubai.com is unable to deliver the flowers and/or gifts ordered within a reasonable period of the stipulated time and the customer decides to cancel the order before delivery is made, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund.
6. flowersdubai.com will not accept responsibility for late or non delivery of the flowers and gifts ordered in the following circumstances.
*The recipient of the flowers and/or gifts is not present at the address given and there is no one else present to receive the delivery.
** The address given is incorrect.
*** No valid telephone number for the recipient is given and/or the telephone number given is incorrect.

In the event that the recipient has been called away from home unexpectedly without the knowledge of the customer, or if there is any other reason for non delivery flowersdubai.com will not liable. In such circumstrances, it will be at our discretion to arrange a refund or a credit for a future order.
