1.On the flower category page, browse the items that suits your requirements. Click on the arrangement that you would like to purchase or click the ' VIEW ' button Below it to see a detailed description. Next to the product, you will find a 'BUY' button. Click on the 'BUY' button.
2.The Shopping page will load in a new secure window. Complete the details form, including the 'Sender, Recipient & Credit Card Details'. Once you have completed filling it up , click 'SUBMIT'.
3.After that, you will get a digital receipt on your screen. IMPORTANT : Print that Digital Receipt out, or copy your order number.

I have a special request - can my orders be handled?
Yes. We will try to fulfill all your special needs and preferences to the best of our ability. We can accommodate requests for minor changes or modifications to the arrangements featured in our catalogues. For example, you may prefer to have a deep red rose replaced with a white one. Select the item(s) that best matches your needs. At the end of the transaction in the order form, there will be a field for "Special Request". You will be able to state your requests in that column. There is NO service charge for all items delivered within the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. DELIVERY IS FREE.
Orders received before 12:00 PM (Dubai time - GMT+4.00), can be delivered the same day.
Orders received after 12:00 PM (Dubai time - GMT+4.00), will be delivered the following day.
Orders received after 1:00 PM on Thursdays will be delivered on the upcoming Saturday. Unless special arrangements have been made, orders scheduled for delivery on Fridays and Public Holidays may be made on the next working day.

If an order is placed before 12 pm (Saturdays to Thursdays), flowersdubai.com guarantees delivery within the same day.
3. If an order is placed before 1 pm on Thursday, flowersdubai.com guarantees delivery over the weekend or Saturday (the next working day).
4. If flowersdubai.com is unable to deliver the flowers and/or gifts ordered within a reasonable period of the stipulated time (please note that owing to traffic conditions and delivery schedules, delivery may not always be possible at the exact time stipulated in the order forms), the customer shall be entitled to a complimentary bouquet (in addition to that already ordered) that flowersdubai.com will deliver without charge and upon request to anyone that the customer designates.
5. If flowersdubai.com is unable to deliver the flowers and/or gifts ordered within a reasonable period of the stipulated time and the customer decides to cancel the order before delivery is made, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund.
